An Island filling station chain says it plans to open as normal as normal during a 10-day bus strike, after making some staffing changes.
Ellan Vannin Fuels took to Facebook in the face of the industrial action.
It says it's had to amend staff rotas and schedules to ensure it can fully staff its garages around the Island and make sure workers can get home safely.
The company says it doesn't expect any disruption to opening hours but says regular customers might notice some new faces in its outlets.
