A yellow weather warning is in place this morning as gales continue to batter the Island.
Last night, Department of Infrastructure crews were called to tackle downed trees in Lezayre, Malew, Patrick and Sulby after trees were brought down by the wind.
Today's ferry services have all been called off, and the Department of Environment Food, and Agriculture is asking people to avoid glens until they can be checked for safety.
More gales are forecast for this morning, and the weather warning remains in place until midday.
