The Fynoderee distillery's plans for an outdoor seating area have been halted.
In an update on social media, the company says an appeal has been lodged against their planning permission, which will delay progress.
Unless the appeal is withdrawn, the 'Ginny Patch' won't be completed until 2023.
The distillery says they're all 'extremely disappointed,' but will do all they can to see it flourish.
