Douglas Development Partnership is the latest group to object to proposals for a new bus station on Victoria Street.
It’s submitted its thoughts on the Department of Infrastructure’s plan to create a new transport hub on the busy street.
Whilst it has applauded government for initiating what it calls a "much needed and long overdue” debate about public transport provision, serious concerns have been raised over the idea.
Development manager Chris Pycroft says regeneration prospects for the area will be severely compromised if this proposal succeeds:
