The finishing date for the Laxey Bridge has been pushed back again.
The bridge collapsed in December 2015 after severe flooding and rain - the Department of Infrasturcture has floated a number of dates it expected it to re-open since then.
It was hoped the bridge would be back up and running by TT, then for the Festival of Motorcycling, September and then November 18th now it's suggested it will be the begining of December - one year after the collapse.
The DoI has applied for a road closure order to run from November 28th to December 9th to allow for re-surfacing - the work is expected to take only three days but the longer closure allows for bad weather or delays as a precaution.
The road has been open to traffic since the end of September - but work is still being undertaken by Manx Telecom to install new infrasructure for the village.
