There has been a further delay in a cannabis dispensing service being launched on the Island.
The Department of Health and Social Care says 'outstanding technical issues' with the UK Home Office have not been fully resolved.
It adds that once issues are sorted Karson's Pharmacy can then formalise arrangements with UK wholesalers.
The pharmacy was first granted the licence in June, when it was hoped the service would be running by the end of the summer.
The department apologises to patients who are waiting for the service.
