Funeral Will be Held at St George\'s Church - Bright Clothing Instead of Dark!
Its been confirmed that the funeral for Deputy Mayoress of Douglas Dot Pitts will be held this Saturday.
The former Mayoress died earlier this week following a lengthy battle with cancer.
The service to celebrate her life will take place at St George’s Church at 12 noon on Saturday.
As a last request Dot asked that people do not wear black, and ladies are invited to wear hats.
Dot leaves behind husband Stephen, to whom she was married for over 30 years, 4 children, 2 sisters and her grandchildren.
