An inspirational woman known for her fundraising missions is working to take on a challenge on the Island later this year.
Claire Lomas MBE - also known as the 'Bionic Woman' - is learning to ride a motorbike to take on the TT course on Wednesday, August 29.
The event will take place during the Manx Grand Prix.
She was left paralysed from the chest down after a horse riding accident in 2007.
