Organisers say the government's got its priorities wrong.
An online fundraiser has been launched to help struggling families feed their children over the summer break.
It comes after an Isle of Man government decision to axe a food voucher scheme introduced last year.
It provided hundreds of local families, who usually receive free school meals, with Shoprite vouchers.
Organisers of the Crowdfunding page say in the absence of government support, they're stepping in to help the island's youngest and most vulnerable.
The Isle of Man Community Meal Donations group was established during lockdown last year to support the elderly with food deliveries.
During the school holidays they will be delivering packed lunches to those who need them.
