Government has announced a cut in fuel duty, following an announcement from the UK's Chancellor yesterday.
It will see a 5p reduction per litre over the next 12 months.
The new measures are already in force - having been implemented at 6pm last night.
Officials have also shared the Island will follow the UK in reducing the VAT rate on energy-saving materials and heating equipment from 5% to 0%, from April 2022.
