The issue of free TV licences for over 75s on Island will be up for discussion in the House of Keys this week.
Minister for Policy and Reform, Ray Harmer MHK, will be asked to issue a statement when MHK's come together for the sitting taking place in Douglas tomorrow.
Last week, government confirmed it would cover the cost of TV licences for people over 75 who aren't on income support until the end of next year.
It comes following the BBC announcing from January 1, 2021, it would only fund licences for pensioners who are in receipt of that benefit.
