The Department of Infrastructure says major roadworks in Foxdale will be finished months behind schedule.
The scheme, to upgrade the main road through the village, has fallen behind because of bad weather and unexpected difficulties.
It'll remain closed until May 26th before opening for the TT fortnight - but will close again on June 12th with work now due to finish in August.
The department says the start of work was delayed by seven weeks last year and additional unplanned work means it's had to revise its timetable.
