Plans have been unveiled to replace a disused café in Laxey with four new homes.
A Ramsey resident has applied for registered building consent to tear down the End Café building on Laxey Promenade.
In its place would be four homes with car parking spaces.
The proposals, if approved, would see the main building, garage, store and outbuildings all demolished.
