Part of Peel promenade is due to close for about four months from February.
Manx Utilities says work on its pumping station means Shore Road will shut between Queens Street and Crown Street.
The work is due to start on Monday, February 2 and the road is scheduled to reopen on Friday, May 22.
It's part of the organisation's Peel wastewater project.
