Four people charged with bringing around £178,000 worth of drugs to the Island have appeared in court.
Daniel Graham Moody of Meadowfield Close and James Spotswood of Townsend Street, both of Merseyside, and Leroy Stephen McHarrie of Nursery Avenue in Onchan and Matthew James Woods of Saddle Road in Douglas appeared before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes at Douglas Courthouse.
All are charged with producing cocaine and cannabis on June 6 last year - Mr Moody, Mr Woods and Mr McHarrie deny both counts while Spotswood has pleaded guilty.
The charges involve one kilogram of cocaine and five kilos of cannabis.
All were committed to the Court of General Gaol Delivery and remanded in custody: 23 year old Mr McHarrie will appear in court again on July 28, 35 year old Spotswood is next due in court on August 4 while 23 year old Mr Woods and 35 year old Mr Moody will appear on a date to be fixed.
