Beach Buddies has condemned the fly tipping discovered at Eairy Cushlin earlier this week.
Founder Bill Dale has described it as an 'insult to the Manx nation' and deemed it 'totally unacceptable'.
Mr Dale believes those responsible should be taken to court and fined the maximum penalty.
He added he also doesn't see any 'plausible' reason for why the Island's civic amenity sites are closed.
