A public meeting is taking place next week regarding the fortnightly bin collections in Douglas.
Residents will be able to discuss their views at the Manx Legion at 6pm on Monday December 12.
MHK David Ashford has recently spoken out against the policy and has agreed to meet with Council Leader Claire Wells about the issue.
He says the public meeting is the 'opportunity for the Council to hear first hand what the public thinks of the new regime.'
