British motor-racing legend - and former TT competitor - John Surtees has died.
The 83-year-old had competed in 15 TT races and finished all bar one - coming first in the Senior in 1956, 1958, 1959 and 1960.
He also won the F1 drivers' championship in 1964 - four years after winning his fourth world title as a 500cc motorcyclist.
He remains the only man to become world champion on both two and four wheels.
