A man who competed in the TT, MGP and Classic TT will be sentenced next month after being found guilty of raping a child in the UK.
33 year old Connor Behan of Heath Avenue in Newcastle-Under-Lyme was convicted of engaging in sexual activity in the presence of a 13 year old girl as well as raping and sexually assaulting her.
Behan competed in seven races on the Island between 2013 and 2015.
He was remanded in custody to appear at Chester Crown Court for sentencing on Friday, January 31.
