A former Ramsey pub could be converted into 10 apartments.
Heron and Brearley has submitted a planning application to convert the Britannia Hotel on Waterloo Road.
The application says the original 1847 element of the building is to be 'retained and enhanced.'
It adds that a redevelopment is 'the best way' to ensure the Britannia Hotel is protected as a building and a 'feature to Ramsey.'
