A former Ramsey pub could disappear from the town if a planning application is given the green light.
Heron & Brearley has put forward an application to demolish the Britannia Hotel on Waterloo Road.
The pub shut in 2014 and has been unused since with the brewery previously stating the building is in a very poor state.
The proposal is now subject to approval from planning officials.
