Heron and Brearley has submitted updated plans to turn a former pub into flats.
The Britannia on Waterloo Road would be transformed into 10 apartments under the proposals.
In January, the Kewaigue brewery unveiled the plans for the building, but a new application shows first-floor layout changes inside.
The pub closed its doors in 2014 and has been unused since then.
