The former police station in Castletown has been put up for lease.
Listed with Chrystals Estate Agents, expressions of interest are now being invited to take on the registered building with the client looking for someone who could run a long-term operation there.
However, due to its status any interested parties should speak to the Planning Authority about any potential plans for future use and the client also has requirements which any possible plans have to meet.
They include respecting the heritage of the building, maximising public access to it, make a positive impact on the social and economic life in the town and take on a minimum term of five years.
Invitations to lease the building, subject to contract, can be submitted to Chrystals on commercial@chrystals.co.im before the deadline of Noon on Thursday, October 22.
