Oliver Lee quit the Manx2 route days before the plane he used to fly crashed at Cork Airport.

A former pilot has killed himself after reportedly feeling overwhelmed with guilt about a crash that killed six people.

Oliver Lee quit the route, which Manx2 chartered, days before the plane he used to fly crashed at Cork Airport.

The plane crashed in thick fog in February, six people onboard died.

The 29 year old from West Yorkshire told his family he believed the disaster would have been averted if he had been in the cockpit.
