A former parsonage in Lezayre could become a mini-housing estate with seven new homes.
Ramsey-based Fairway construction Limited has applied for permission to build the development on Main Road in Sulby.
The company says it already has planning permission to build four homes on the site but wants to create more affordable family-sized homes.
It adds the new proposals would have less impact on nearby trees and create more open space.
