In order for the Island to move forward taxation needs to remain unaltered, says former MHK Edgar Quine.

In the build up to the budget 3FM have been speaking to MHK’s past and present to gauge their opinions on this hot topic.

Edgar Quine was in Government for over 20 years and himself tackled many weighty issues, he says however this is the most trying time for the Island in recent history.
