A former Douglas hotel with 28 ensuite guest bedrooms could be yours.
Silvercraigs Guest House on Queen's Promenade in the capital is being marketed by estate agent Chrystals.
The company says the hotel building, which shut three years ago, could be refurbished or turned into apartments or flats.
It has an asking price of £580,000.
