New Name Inkeeping With Manx Heritage
Now that the Hilton brand has officially left the Isle of Man the hotel and casino has reverted back to it’s former guise and will once again be called the Palace.
The complex became free from its franchise arrangement with the Hilton last weekend and will now be better placed to integrate into the Sefton group of hotels and promote local suppliers and services.
A spokesperson for the new look hotel and casino say customers will slowly begin to notice the changes they will be making although they will be subtle to begin with.
The Palace name has a long association with the Douglas seafront, first appearing as a ballroom and opera house in 1890.
