Former England rugby Union player Matt Dawson MBE has been on the Isle of Man passing on some tricks of the trade to the Islands budding rugby players.
He's been helping to raise money for the Isle of Man Children's Centre Out2Play scheme at a dinner to celebrate Thomas Millers 125th anniversary.
Matt is also known for being a regular team captain on A Question of Sport and was runner up on strictly come dancing, but here he has been sticking to the Rugby! (audio above)
