A former Castletown commissioner who quit the board this month says he's hoping to get backing for a BMX track in Port Erin.
Jimmy Cubbon quite the board in a row with the Department of Infrastructure about the pedestrianisation of Market Square.
Now he says he'll campaign for the new facility for youngsters at Ballakilley, and hopes to meet commissioners and MHKs this afternoon.
He says he's hoping the Manx Lottery Trust can help meet the costs, and is asking people to back his proposals on Facebook.
