A former civil servant has lost the latest round of his legal battle with the government.
Graeme Jones claimed he'd had hundreds of hours of wages illegally deducted during his time working in the Office of the Clerk of Tynwald.
An employment tribunal, however, struck out his claim after he failed to provide details to back up his claim.
It also ordered him to pay legal costs.
In 2022, he lost a claim for constructive dismissal against the government as well as an appeal.
