Could a former car showroom be transformed into a furniture shop?
It comes as 'Crossroads' has applied for planning permission to turn Millmount Garage into a retail unit.
The charity says it's outgrown its current location - on Windsor Road - as it has no loading bay and a 'serious lack' of storage and floor space.
This means the charity is currently having to turn down donations of larger pieces of furniture.
In its application - CEO Jane Betteridge says the new location suits their requirements 'exactly' and no alterations would be necessary.
