A former bank in Douglas could become a gym and wellness centre if new proposals are approved by planners.
The former Lloyds TSB branch in Victory House on Prospect Hill could be converted into a fitness centre under the plans from Douglas-based Rose Estates.
The proposals would include consultation rooms for physiotherapist, a neuroscientist and mental health consultants, as well as a weights room and yoga studio.
In its application, the company says the facilities would be open to the public and tenants of its other buildings.
