A former bank building in Douglas has gone on the market, with a price tag of £5.5 millon.
Bank House, the former HSBC offices on Ridgeway Street, is being marketed by Cowley Groves.
It says the five-storey building comes with 12 underground parking spaces.
And it adds the premises, with around 24,000 square feet of space, is in a prime location in the centre of the capital.
