A Peel P50 uncovered in a garage in Australia has sold for more than £41,000 at auction.
The 1964 car produced on the Island was bought in the UK in 1976 and shipped down under in 1988.
But it remained in storage and forgotten in Queensland, until being rediscovered recently and put up for auction.
It had been repainted brown, and came with its original logbook and MOT records.
