A night out for a Manchester United fan celebrating his team's victory turned sour after he was arrested.
David Skillen, of Spring Valley Road in Douglas, appeared before magistrates at Douglas Courthouse.
The 46 year old admitted being drunk and disorderly after he tried to intervene as a row broke out at the taxi rank at Victoria Street in Douglas on May 26.
Police found Skillen struggling with another man on the ground after celebrating after his team's FA Cup victory.
Skillen was fined £350 and ordered to pay £125 costs.
