The Isle of Man Foodbank says its main donation point in the south of the Island will close this weekend.
Shoprite in Port Erin will shut as part of Tesco's conversion plans around the Island.
On Facebook, the foodbank says there are a number of other dropoff points where people can leave donations.
They include commissioners offices in Port Erin and Castletown, Co-op stores in Port St Mary and Port Erin and Tesco Express in Castletown.
