A long standing exhibit at the Manx Museum in Douglas is set to close in a few days time.
Last month, Manx National Heritage confirmed the Folk Gallery - a historic depiction of Island life - will shut down on Monday, January 6.
It's whilst preparations take place to install a new TT and motorsport exhibition there which is hoped to be completed in 2021.
MNH says the closure is happening so work can take place safely - a UK-based expert is being brought in as part of the efforts to securely dismantle the feature.
