Port St Mary Commissioners says it will not tolerate fly tipping.
It comes following an instance of rubbish left by two separate people near to recycling bins.
The authority says it has the information to identify those responsible and has passed it onto police, requesting action is taken.
The board says its waiting for more glass and can recycling bins from the DOI, but in the mean time is working hard to keep PSM tidy.
