Floral tributes left for the Queen near Tynwald Hill will be 'respectfully removed' today.
The government says any non-biodegradable materials, such as plastic and rubber bands, have been removed.
It adds the flowers will be mulched and spread on the rose beds at Tynwald National Park.
People's heartfelt messages will be safely collected and passed onto Government House for safekeeping.
