An office block in Douglas could be converted into flats under new plans from its owners.
Riverside Valley of Port Soderick has applied to transform East Building at Nunnery Mill on the Old Castletown Road.
In its application it says the site is currently unused and it wants to create a total of four apartments.
A previous application to turn the other office building on the site into flats was approved last year.
