A former Douglas chippy could be converted into flats, if a planning application is approved.
Jeanne Dodds of Ramsey has applied to transform the Boathouse Fish & Chip Shop on Castle Mona Avenue.
In the plans, she says she wants to turn the takeaway and a flat above it into three apartments.
And she adds the proposals have been designed to fit in with the nearby Douglas Promenade Conservation Area.
