A derelict plot of land in Douglas could become apartments under a new planning application.
John Barton of Douglas has applied for permission to build the flats on land on Peel Road next door to Allan Bank.
The new application amends one made last October.
Similar plans for the site were unveiled 10 years ago but that application was refused by planners.
