Infrastructure Minister Tim Crookall says an estate in Onchan has seen five sets of roadworks in the last six months.
Onchan MHK Rob Callister had asked a question for written reply about Ashley Park, including when the road surface was last surveyed and repaired.
In his response, Mr Crookall said the last annual inspection was carried out there last September, when no critical faults were found.
And he said since November last year and the end of March, workers had carried out work there five times.
