The first ever all-island fitness day is being held today.
The government initiative is designed to help people find an activity they enjoy, and stick to it.
It's being coordinated by Manx Sport and Recreation which is planning a number of free events, including a 5k fun run later in the month.
Other events include fitness yoga and a circuit class at the National Sports Centre in Douglas.
