Douglas lifeboat was called out yesterday to rescue a fishing vessel which was suffering from electrical problems.
It was launched just
before 5pm to help the trawler which was 12 miles south east of
Douglas.
Four crew were on-board the boat which was powerless after the electrics failed.
It was towed back into Douglas harbour by the lifeboat – a journey which took almost four hours.
