First Woman to Win on Mountain Course Retires
The first woman to be victorious on a bike on the Mountain Course has announced her retirement.
Carolynn Sells made the announcement on her website that after achieving her dream she now wants to concentrate on other things in her life.
She won this years Ultra Lightweight event at the Manx Grand Prix.
In the statement on her website Carolynn said it was always her intention to retire this year, win or no win.
She concluded it by saying
to her fans that she’ll see them in a hedge somewhere.
