EasyJet has cancelled its first flight from the Island to Liverpool.
Passengers for the service - which had been scheduled for 5.40pm next Friday (September 4) - are being informed the journey isn’t going ahead due to disruption beyond the airlines control and ‘is considered an extraordinary circumstance’.
EasyJet currently has policies in place to support customers whose flights are disrupted due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
These include transferring onto another flight for free, a voucher for the full value of the ticket or a full refund.
