It's hoped the first Covid-19 vaccines will be administered on Island before Christmas.
Chief Minister, Howard Quayle MHK, made the comments during today's general Covid-19 update from government.
Meanwhile, Health and Social Care Minister, David Ashford MHK, adds the first vaccines are hoped to arrive on Island next week with the first inoculations hoped to start on the week starting December 21.
It was confirmed last week that 130,000 doses of the Pfzier/Biontech jab will be available to the Island over the next ten months.
Mr Ashford went on to state the vaccines will be delivered from a 'central location', although it hasn't been confirmed yet where this will be.
