The first basking shark of the year has been spotted in the south of the Island.
Manx Dolphin and Whale Watch says the giant marine animal, between 14 and 16 feet long, was spotted off Derbyhaven on Sunday.
The marine wildlife organisation says it usually expects to see them visiting Manx waters from around this time of year.
It's asking people to report any sightings of basking sharks to its website mwdw.net
